Raffles cruise was built in 2023 in South Sulawesi. It was operated in April 2025.

Raffles is modern-classic built, phinisi vessel available for private charter or sharing trips through the incredible waters and scenery of Indonesian archipelago.

 

Designed with an emphasis an space, privacy and comfort, Raffles has 6 generous cabins spread across 2 decks all is ocean view cabins, an intimate and cozy lounge and dining room. There are plenty of lounge areas for everyone to enjoy.

What payment methods are available at Vinca Group?

When is the final payment due for my trip with Vinca Group?

Full payment must be completed no later than 7 days before the departure date. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your reservation in accordance with our booking policy.

How’s the itinerary for a Vinca Group trip?

You can find the complete itinerary on our website. Please note: The itinerary is subject to change at any time depending on sea currents and wave conditions for guest safety.

I'm vegan. Can I still join the trip?

Absolutely. If you have any special dietary needs or food allergies, please inform us during the data submission process required for sailing permits.

Can I reschedule my trip?

Yes, rescheduling is possible. Please inform us at least 30 days before the departure date to request a reschedule.

What if I need to cancel my trip?

To cancel your trip, please contact us directly. Cancellation fees are based on Vinca Group’s policy, available on our website: www.vincavoyages.com. The cancellation terms are as follows: 120 days before departure : 50% of the deposit 60–119 days before departure: 70% of the deposit 30 days before departure : 100% of the payment is non-refundable In the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, strikes, loss or damage, transportation delays, etc.), any schedule changes are non-refundable but can be rescheduled.

What language do the crew and guide speak?

Our crew speaks Indonesian and English. Upon request, we can also provide multilingual guides for private trips.

Can I celebrate a special occasion on board?

Absolutely! We can arrange special setups for birthdays, honeymoons, or anniversaries. Please inform our team in advance for decoration and dining arrangements.

How does Vinca Group support sustainable tourism?

We collaborate with local communities, minimize plastic use, and support marine conservation programs in Komodo National Park.

Are drones allowed on board?

You may bring a drone, but please follow local drone regulations and respect privacy during the trip. Some national park areas may have restrictions.

Can Vinca Group help with flights or hotels in Labuan Bajo?

Yes, we can assist with flight recommendations and hotel bookings through our local partners.

How far is the airport from the harbor?

Komodo Airport is about 10–15 minutes from Labuan Bajo Harbor. Transfers are included in your package on the day of departure and return.

Is there a photographer or videographer on board?

Some trips include professional photo/video services. Please check your specific package or request this service in advance.

Are there laundry services available?

No onboard laundry is provided, but we can recommend services in Labuan Bajo before or after your trip.

How do I give feedback after my trip?

Where does the trip start and end?

All our Phinisi trips start and end at Labuan Bajo, Flores (Komodo Airport). We provide free airport pick-up and drop-off service on the day of departure and return.

What should I bring on the trip?

We recommend bringing light clothing, swimwear, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, personal medications, and reef-safe toiletries. Towels and snorkeling equipment are provided onboard.

What’s included in the trip price?

Our package includes full-board meals, soft drinks, snorkeling gear, and guided excursions. Exclusions include alcoholic beverages, personal expenses, island entrance fee, and optional activities.

When will I receive the photos and videos from the onboard photographer?

If your trip includes a photo or video package, our team will send all edited files within 1–3 days after the trip through Google Drive or another download link.
